Go ahead, this version does not bite! v0.3.10 may be just another release, but it’s packed with new features and improvements.

Telemetry

We’ve added telemetry to help us better understand how you use the extension and fix any bugs as soon as possible. This will allow us provide faster and better support. Your privacy is our priority - no personal, script nor SFMC instance data is collected. You can opt-out in VSCode settings, but leaving it on would greatly assist us in enhancing the extension. You can check out our GitHub repository to see what data is being collected.

BTW, we already see some things to improve, and we are working on it!

Even smoother Dev Page selection

We’ve made it even easier to select the development page you want to use. You can choose the default page for your scripts, and the extension will remember your choice!

Syntax Highlighting for AMPscript

No more bland-looking AMPscript scripts…? Should I just write: “AMP-scripts” next time? With our new AMPscript syntax highlighting feature, your code will pop with color, making it easier to read and understand. Whether you’re a seasoned developer or just starting out, this enhancement will definitely help you see things more clearly!

Installed Package Scope Check

Ensure your scripts run smoothly within their intended environment with Installed Package scope check feature. By verifying the scope of your scripts, you can rest assured that SSJS Manager will keep running without those pesky 401 errors!

Notable fixes

In this update, we haven’t forgotten about bug fixes and enhancements. We’ve corrected formatting of AMPscript when variables contain keywords (like: @nextUpdateDate), fixed the SSJS: Create Config command broken in the pre-release, and resolved the weird: No file is currently open warning.
